1. Services Provided

We provide residential concrete leveling and repair services throughout Omaha, NE and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and site inspection.

2. Estimates and Payments

• All quotes provided are estimates based on visible conditions. Final pricing may vary based on actual project requirements.
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Warranty

We stand behind our work. A 4 year limited warranty covers areas we service against re-settlement due to our work. Natural causes (tree roots, erosion, etc.) are not covered.

• Pre-existing damage to concrete or surrounding structures
• Damage due to improper maintenance or future ground movement
• Any incidental or consequential damages beyond the scope of service
